Today was the last full day of Badger Boys State for 2013 - tomorrow morning wraps the session with our final assembly and work of the legislature and supreme court. Our morning assembly went a bit long due to speeches, but we got right back on track afterwards with the career fair. I was able to connect with a few friends from WLC in between, which was fun, and then this evening was our special assembly saluting our veterans and legion members.
I always look forward to the final assemblies (as students are also conducting), but it's also a bit sad for me, as I know that the week is winding down and soon we'll be a wrap on another fun year. And it will soon be back to work and "normal" life as we leave the confines of Ripon.
Here's to another enriching experience so far!
