If you're thinking I was on a safari in Africa, I'm sorry to disappoint. This quick, in town trip was a run up to the San Diego Zoo Safari Park near Escondido. I haven't visited there for some time, and since my parents were in town it was a great option!

I really miss the train/monorail (they removed it and the tracks a few years ago but the concrete base is still present around the property), but the park is really fun to see - the animals just roam all over. Can't wait to go back!

Desert Safari Dubai one of the best in Dubai for entertainment.
